Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thanks for your payment and purchase of course at Global CXC. If you have any questions regarding this, we're here to help.

Refunds

Once we have processed your payment, we will send you an email receipt to your email address that we have on file from your registration.

There are no refunds for any purchase. However, for exceptional cases, if you are unable to attend our online program, please contact us at connect@global-cxc.com to help you with refund.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Cancellations

There are no cancellation concessions available. We can accommodate your payment credit towards taking a future class. If for some reason, there is a program cancellation from Global CXC management, you will be notified in advance and deserve a full money back.
